In contrast to traditional drive systems, our state-of-the-art, cost-efficient conveyor technology, which has been designed and developed in-house, uses only electronic components. A three-phase motor drives one segment and is controlled by an electronic motor starter (QuadSwitch).

The QuadSwitch is connected to the mains electricity by a power cable and controlled via the latest bus system. Four drives and four sensors can be connected to it. The segments conveying the cargo are driven by the bus system, which is connected to the superordinate control unit.

This energy-saving, low-maintenance conveyor technology eliminates collisions, as continued transport is only possible once the cargo has been detected by a light barrier and the downstream segment in conveying direction is unoccupied.
